Becker’s covers Gastroenterology of Tidewater deal with One GI

Becker’s GI & Endoscopy published an article by Claire Wallace on May 9th detailing the recently announced partnership of Gastroenterology Associates of Tidewater (“GAT GI”) and One GI.

GAT GI has been serving patients at Chesapeake and Virginia Beach locations since the late 1970s and has more than 10 providers. One GI, is a management services organization, founded in 2020, and offers finance, accounting, revenue enhancement, legal, benchmarking, development, human resources, technology and marketing services to partner practices.

The article linked to the PGP press release on the transaction and stated, “Physician Growth Partners of Chicago represented Gastroenterology Associates in the transaction. This is the second gastro practice deal PGP has advised this year.”
