The recent sale of Psych360 to MindCare Solutions Group was covered by Behavioral Health Business, which is an independent source for up-to-date information on the mental health and addiction recovery industry.

Psych360 was founded in 2015 and offers mental health services to long-term care facilities and group homes. In 2018, Physician Growth Partners (“PGP”) made a substantial investment in the company, also providing operational assistance and consulting.
