Yahoo! Finance and Morningstar cover PGP representation of Indiana urology group

Recently Physician Growth Partners’ (“PGP”) representation of Urology Associates LLC was covered by both Yahoo! Finance and Morningstar.

Urology Associates joined with Solaris Health Partners (“Solaris”), which is a portfolio company of NY-based Lee Equity. With four main clinical locations across Central Indiana, Urology Associates is the premier private urology practice in the region. As a part of this transaction, the practice will become part of Solaris and take advantage of that firm’s continued expansion into the Midwestern health care market.
